I had an extremely sad moment.... one that if I normally had ,I would of carried those sad, heavy hearted, miserable feelings with me all day. As I was crying and trying to catch my breathe a newly met friend walked up behind me..placing his hand on my back and telling me to breathe.... he did this twice.... after the second time he walked away... approx. 5 minutes or so my overall energy had changed to a calm and content feeling.... I was then able to speak of the unpleasant expereince of why I had gotten upset in a very calming way. No sadness..Not heavy hearted....just calm....It truly was an awesome experience....
I came to find out it was something called Reiki...which is a Japenese form of Stress Release and Postive Energy which promotes healing.....
If anyone is interested... Joe Modica is amazing at it...
In conversation one day, I mentioned that a close relative of mine has been going through some health issues. I was seeking avenues of guidance for her, to add to her emotional and physical preparedness, and a way to provide added strength in dealing with her issue. In a conversation, It was suggested I have her look on-line at Reiki Master Joseph Modica's site, specifically the Distant Reiki. Being that she has no access to a personal computer at this time, I decided to take a look at it myself....and I will try to explain what incredulous thing happened next.
As my eyes were closed during the video, and listening to Master Joseph's calm, heartfelt voice, I began to have a deep pressure in the left side of my chest, I began to feel a rush of heat go through my body, with tears literally pouring down my face. I thought, "What is going on"? I have never been one to cry, but I sobbed just about the whole day.
No details, but I had a very troubled childhood..had a hardened heart, if you will, which I thought I dealt with relatively well throughout the years. However, I felt as though a huge weight was literally lifted from my heart, with a 'strange' feeling I have never quite experienced before. I was told what had happened during the Reiki session was a long awaited emotional release was lifted from me, and the tears were a release of toxins.
When I awoke the next day, I felt bizarre...not in a bad way, but in less than 24 hours, I felt...as best I can describe, was that a huge door was opened...especially in my once hardened heart. Now I know I am not all the way there yet, but I am confident I am well on my way to opening my emotional heart, truly opening my 'heart' and I have a great beginning to accept and receive others' love. Something I never thought I deserved, but now I know that I do. So Reiki Master Joseph Modica, even though we have never met face-to-face physically, I thank you...with all my heart.

After just one webcam Reiki session with Joseph, my breathing improved dramatically, but the benefits of that session did not stop there, because I was guided to discover the true nature of my breathing problems and begin a new therapy. Joseph's sessions have been wonderfully transforming on many levels and I continue to improve daily. ~Joe, I can't thank you enough for your wonderful healing energy. ~

Joe came to my home and gave Reiki to me and my dog. I had lost one dog a few months earlier and Misty (my dog) and I were very sad. He made me understand and learn the importance of being calm and stress free. He has genuine love for animals and this really touched my heart. All I can say is WOW!! I've never felt such an amazing connection to my spirituality & another person! The energy which was flowing was, to me, like adrenalized calmness.
